Abstract

, known as sheep's sorrel, red sorrel, sour weed, and field sorrel, is a species of flowering plant in the buckwheat family Polygonaceae. In this study, the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of (Rumiceae) was determined through Illumina sequencing method. The complete chloroplast genome of was 160,269 bp in length and contained a pair of IR regions (30,503 bp) separated by a small single copy region (13,128 bp) and a large single copy region (86,135 bp). This cp genome is encoded with 129 genes including 83 protein-coding genes, 36 tRNA genes, and 8 ribosomal RNA genes. The overall GC content of cp genome is 37.2%. By phylogenetic analysis using Bayesian method, showed the closest relationship with other 2 Rumiceae species, and .

酸模叶蓼,又名羊蹄酸模、红酸模、酸草和田野酸模,是蓼科荞麦属的一种开花植物。在本研究中,通过Illumina测序方法测定了酸模叶蓼(蓼科)的完整叶绿体(cp)基因组。酸模叶蓼的完整叶绿体基因组长度为160,269 bp,包含一对由小单拷贝区域(13,128 bp)和大单拷贝区域(86,135 bp)分隔的反向重复区域(30,503 bp)。该cp基因组编码129个基因,包括83个蛋白质编码基因、36个tRNA基因和8个核糖体RNA基因。酸模叶蓼cp基因组的总体GC含量为37.2%。通过贝叶斯方法进行系统发育分析,酸模叶蓼与其他2种蓼科植物皱叶酸模和齿果酸模显示出最密切的关系。
