Abstract

The complete plastome sequence of L. (Clusiaceae) is completed in this study (NCBI acc. no. KX822787). This is a first complete plastome sequence from the Clusiaceae. The complete plastome size is 158,179 bp in length and consists of a large single copy of 86,458 bp and a small single copy of 17,703 bp, separated by two inverted repeats of 27,009 bp. The plastome shows four minor structural modifications including A gene loss, 32 gene loss, 3 gene intron loss and a 363 bp inversion between V-UAC and E gene. The plastome contains 111 genes, of which 77 are protein-coding genes, 30 are tRNA genes and four are rRNA genes. The average A-T content of the plastome is 63.9%. A total of 110 simple sequence loci are identified from the genome. Phylogenetic analysis reveals that is a sister group of (Erythroxylaceae) with 78% bootstrap support.

本研究完成了藤黄科(Clusiaceae)藤黄属(L.)的完整质体基因组序列测定(NCBI登录号:KX822787)。这是藤黄科首个完整的质体基因组序列。完整质体基因组长度为158,179 bp,由一个86,458 bp的大单拷贝区和一个17,703 bp的小单拷贝区组成,二者被两个27,009 bp的反向重复序列隔开。该质体基因组有四处微小结构变异,包括一个A基因缺失、32个基因缺失、3个基因内含子缺失以及V-UAC和E基因之间363 bp的倒位。质体基因组包含111个基因,其中77个为蛋白质编码基因,30个为tRNA基因,4个为rRNA基因。质体基因组的平均A-T含量为63.9%。从该基因组中共鉴定出110个简单序列位点。系统发育分析表明,藤黄属是古柯科(Erythroxylaceae)古柯属( )的姐妹群,自展支持率为78%。
