Two new compounds, comprising one dibenzofuran, named usneaceratin A (), and one phenolic acid, named usneaceratin B (), together with one known dibenzofuran, isousnic acid (), and two known phenolics, orsellinic acid () and methyl orsellinate () were clarified from the lichen using variously chromatographic methods. Their structures were testified by comprehensive HR-ESI-MS, and NMR spectroscopic analysis, and comparison with published data. Their -glucosidase inhibitory activity of all compounds was measured. Usneaceratin B () possessed better inhibition against -glucosidase enzyme (IC value of 41.8 μM) than the standard drug acarbose (IC value of 214.50 μM).
从地衣中采用各种色谱方法分离得到两种新化合物,分别为二苯并呋喃类化合物 usneaceratin A ()和酚酸类化合物 usneaceratin B (),此外,还分离得到已知的二苯并呋喃类化合物 isousnic acid ()和两种已知的酚类化合物 orsellinic acid ()和甲基 orsellinate ()。通过综合高分辨电喷雾质谱(HR-ESI-MS)和 NMR 光谱分析,并与文献数据进行比较,鉴定了它们的结构。测定了所有化合物对 -葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性。Usneaceratin B ()对 -葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性(IC 值为 41.8 μM)优于标准药物阿卡波糖(IC 值为 214.50 μM)。
