Abstract

Rchb. is a medicinal plant in the Ranunculaceae family. In this study, we report the first complete mitochondrial genome of . The total length of the mitochondrial genome of is 440,720 bp and the GC content of 46.85%. The mitochondrial genome contained 37 protein-coding genes, 29 tRNAs, and three rRNAs. These data will provide the basis for the systematic evolutionary analysis of Ranunculaceae.

铁线莲属植物是毛茛科的一种药用植物。在本研究中,我们报道了铁线莲属植物的首个完整线粒体基因组。铁线莲属植物线粒体基因组的总长度为440,720 bp,GC含量为46.85%。该线粒体基因组包含37个蛋白质编码基因、29个tRNA和3个rRNA。这些数据将为毛茛科的系统进化分析提供依据。
