Four new aromatic polyketides including two diphenyl ethers (pseudopithoethers A-B, -), one benzofuranone (pseudopithonone, ) and one xanthone (pseudopithoxanthone, ), along with two known compounds (-) and one new naturally occurring hydroquinone (α,2,5-trihydroxyacetophenone, ) were isolated from the marine-derived fungus PSU-AMF350. Their structures were identified by analysis of spectroscopic data. All isolated compounds were tested for antimicrobial activity. Only compound displayed antibacterial activity against methicillin-resistant with the MIC value of 128 g/mL and against , NPRC005 and NPRC007 with the same MIC value of 200 g/mL.[Formula: see text].
从海洋来源真菌 PSU-AMF350 中分离得到四个新的芳香聚酮类化合物,包括两个二苯醚(伪皮托醚 A-B,-)、一个苯并呋喃酮(伪皮托酮,)和一个黄烷酮(伪皮托黄烷酮,),以及两个已知化合物(-)和一个新的天然对苯二酚(α,2,5-三羟基苯乙酮,)。通过光谱数据分析鉴定了它们的结构。所有分离得到的化合物都进行了抗菌活性测试。只有化合物 对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)具有抗菌活性,MIC 值为 128μg/mL,对 、NPRC005 和 NPRC007 的 MIC 值相同,均为 200μg/mL。
