One new hopane-type triterpene, indicuen (), along with eight known compounds () were isolated from the -hexane extract of the lichen Hale. The chemical structures of isolated compounds were identified by interpretation of their spectroscopic data (1D, 2D NMR and HRESIMS) combined with DFT-NMR chemical shift calculations and subsequent assignment of DP4+ probabilities and by comparison with the literature. Indicuen represents for a rare hopane bearing a 1-carboxyethyl substituent at C-21 in lichens. Compounds and - were evaluated for -glucosidase inhibition and cytotoxicity against K562 and HepG2 cancer cell lines. Compounds , and exhibited moderate -glucosidase inhibition with IC values of 201.1, 156.3 and 187.4 µM, respectively. Compound also showed weak cytotoxicity toward K562 cell line while others showed no activity.
从地衣Hale的正己烷提取物中分离出一种新的藿烷型三萜化合物indicuen()以及八种已知化合物()。通过对其光谱数据(一维、二维核磁共振和高分辨电喷雾电离质谱)的解析,并结合密度泛函理论核磁共振化学位移计算以及随后的DP4 +概率归属,并与文献进行比较,确定了分离出的化合物的化学结构。Indicuen是地衣中一种罕见的在C-21位带有1-羧乙基取代基的藿烷。对化合物和-进行了α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性以及对K562和HepG2癌细胞系的细胞毒性评估。化合物、和表现出中等程度的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,IC值分别为201.1、156.3和187.4 µM。化合物对K562细胞系也表现出较弱的细胞毒性,而其他化合物则没有活性。
