BACKGROUND
In recent years a new term in the field of eating behaviors has emerged, namely "orthorexia". This behavior is associated with significant dietary restrictions and omission of food groups. The aim of the present study is to estimate the possible correlations between orthorexia and eating disorders in young adults and adolescents.
METHODS
A systematic review of related articles in PubMed, Google Scholar, and PsycInfo was conducted up to 30 June 2021.
RESULTS
A total of 37 studies (16,402 subjects) were considered eligible for this systematic review. Significant correlations were observed in most of the studies between orthorexia and eating disorders. However, the majority of studies adopted a cross-sectional design.
CONCLUSIONS
An association between and eating disorders emerged. Prospective studies seem necessary to investigate associations and succession of orthorexia and eating disorders over time.

近年来，饮食行为领域出现了一个新术语，即“orthorexia”（健康食品强迫症）。这种行为与严格的饮食限制和食物种类的遗漏有关。本研究的目的是评估年轻人和青少年中健康食品强迫症与饮食失调之间可能存在的相关性。
方法
截至2021年6月30日，对PubMed、谷歌学术和PsycInfo上的相关文章进行了系统综述。
结果
共有37项研究（16402名受试者）被认为符合本系统综述的要求。大多数研究中均观察到健康食品强迫症与饮食失调之间存在显著相关性。然而，大多数研究采用的是横断面设计。
结论
健康食品强迫症与饮食失调之间存在关联。似乎有必要进行前瞻性研究，以调查健康食品强迫症与饮食失调随时间的关联及先后顺序。
