Abstract

A novel and simple protocol for the synthesis of 4-(indole-3-yl)quinazolines cross-dehydrogenative coupling of quinazoline-3-oxides and indoles under an air atmosphere has been developed. A series of biheteroaryl products were obtained in moderate to good yields.

已开发出一种新颖且简单的合成4-(吲哚-3-基)喹唑啉的方法,即在空气氛围下通过喹唑啉-3-氧化物与吲哚的交叉脱氢偶联反应来实现。一系列双杂芳基产物以中等至良好的产率获得。
