Abstract

We herein report a cascade reaction-based switch-on fluorescence sensor for Ce(iv) ions. The mechanism is based on the ability of Ce(iv) ions to oxidize β-naphthol, which condenses with -phenylenediamine to generate fluorescent benzo[]phenazine. The sensor achieved a 200-fold fluorescence enhancement and was successfully applied to real sample detection.

我们在此报告一种基于级联反应的铈（IV）离子开启型荧光传感器。其机制基于铈（IV）离子氧化β-萘酚的能力，β-萘酚与对苯二胺缩合生成荧光苯并[]吩嗪。该传感器实现了200倍的荧光增强，并成功应用于实际样品检测。
