Abstract

A novel KSO-promoted C-Se bond formation from cross-coupling under neutral conditions has been developed. A variety of aldehydes and ketones react well using KSO as the oxidant in the absence of catalyst and afford desired products in moderate to excellent yields. This protocol provides a very simple route for the synthesis of α-phenylseleno carbonyl compounds and α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds.

已开发出一种新型的在中性条件下通过交叉偶联由KSO促进形成C-Se键的方法。在无催化剂的情况下,使用KSO作为氧化剂,多种醛和酮反应良好,并以中等至优异的产率得到所需产物。该方法为合成α-苯硒基羰基化合物和α,β-不饱和羰基化合物提供了一条非常简单的途径。
