Abstract

A mild and highly efficient reaction for the synthesis of 2,4,5-trisubstituted and 1,2,4,5-tetrasubstituted imidazoles catalyzed by a magnetically supported Lewis acidic deep eutectic solvent on magnetic nanoparticles (LADES@MNP) has been developed one-pot multicomponent processes under solvent-free sonication. These reactions have good to excellent yields, mild conditions, and work-up simplicity. This method represents a new method for the preparation of 2,4,5-trisubstituted and 1,2,4,5-tetrasubstituted imidazoles. More importantly, LADES@MNP can be easily recovered by magnetic separation and reused five times without significant loss of catalytic activity.

开发了一种温和且高效的反应,用于在无溶剂超声处理下,由磁性纳米颗粒上的磁性负载路易斯酸性深共熔溶剂(LADES@MNP)催化合成2,4,5-三取代和1,2,4,5-四取代咪唑的一锅多组分过程。这些反应具有良好至优异的产率、温和的条件和后处理简便性。该方法代表了一种制备2,4,5-三取代和1,2,4,5-四取代咪唑的新方法。更重要的是,LADES@MNP可以通过磁分离轻松回收并重复使用五次,而催化活性没有明显损失。
