A facile silver-catalyzed oxidative decarboxylation of arylthiodifluoroacetic acids or aryloxydifluoroacetic acids with coumarins/quinoxalin-2(1)-ones was developed. This transformation provided a series of C-3 aryloxydifluoromethylated or arylthiodifluoromethylated coumarins/quinoxalin-2(1)-ones containing various functional groups in moderate to good yields, featuring good functional group tolerance, easily accessible starting materials and operational simplicity.
发展了一种银催化的芳基硫代二氟乙酸或芳基氧代二氟乙酸与香豆素/喹喔啉-2(1)-酮的氧化脱羧反应。这种转化提供了一系列含有各种官能团的 C-3 芳氧基二氟甲基化或芳基硫代二氟甲基化香豆素/喹喔啉-2(1)-酮,具有良好的官能团耐受性、易得的起始原料和操作简单的特点,产率中等至良好。
