Abstract

PURPOSE

To explore the effect of rational emotional intervention combined with hierarchical management mode on improving the psychological stress of emergency nurses and trainee nurses.

METHODS

50 emergency nurses who worked or practiced in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research object. From June 2019 to May 2020, our hospital adopted the traditional management mode. From June 2020 to May 2021, our hospital adopted the rational emotional intervention combined with hierarchical management mode. The psychological state, work stress, stress response, job burnout, and sleep quality of emergency nurses were compared before and after intervention.

RESULTS

Compared with before intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale, the work stress scores, the Maslach burnout inventory score, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of emergency nurses decreased after intervention ( < 0.05). Compared with before intervention, the stress coping scores of emergency nurses increased after intervention ( < 0.05).

CONCLUSION

The rational emotional intervention combined with hierarchical management mode can improve the psychological pressure of emergency nurses and trainee nurses, reduce job burnout, improve stress coping ability, and improve sleep quality.

摘要

目的

探讨合理情绪干预结合层级管理模式对改善急诊护士及实习护士心理应激的效果。

方法

选取2019年6月至2021年5月在我院工作或实习的50名急诊护士作为研究对象。2019年6月至2020年5月,我院采用传统管理模式。2020年6月至2021年5月,我院采用合理情绪干预结合层级管理模式。比较干预前后急诊护士的心理状态、工作压力、应激反应、职业倦怠及睡眠质量。

结果

与干预前比较,干预后急诊护士的自评焦虑量表和自评抑郁量表得分、工作压力得分、马氏职业倦怠量表得分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数得分降低(<0.05)。与干预前比较,干预后急诊护士的应激应对得分升高(<0.05)。

结论

合理情绪干预结合层级管理模式可改善急诊护士及实习护士的心理压力,降低职业倦怠,提高应激应对能力,改善睡眠质量。
