Oligo (ribodeoxyribo)nucleotide d(TGTGTAT)r(GCCAU) was synthesized from oligonucleotide blocks by chemical ligation, the oligoribonucleotide and oligodeoxynucleotide blocks being prepared by enzymatic and chemical synthesis, resp. A general procedure of the hybride duplex strand separation is described.
