This prospective study is aimed at observing the number of nasal itching and sneezing in rats from the macroscopic level and examine the pathological changes of nasal mucosa, Th1 and Th2-related cytokines, and Treg/Th17 by vitamin D3 administration from the microscopic level, in order to explore the role of vitamin D in allergic rhinitis and to provide theoretical guidance for prevention and treatment.
There were significant differences in nasal itching and sneezing between the administration groups and the positive groups. Meanwhile, the level of Th1 and Treg in the administration groups increased, while the level of Th2 and Th17 decreased, indicating that the balance of Th1/Th2 was corrected. Our study revealed that vitamin D3 has preventive and therapeutic effects on allergic rhinitis, which provides theoretical guidance for practical application.
本前瞻性研究旨在从宏观层面观察维生素 D3 给药后大鼠的鼻痒、喷嚏次数,并从微观层面观察鼻黏膜的病理变化以及 Th1、Th2 相关细胞因子和 Treg/Th17 的变化,探讨维生素 D 在变应性鼻炎中的作用,为其防治提供理论指导。
给药组与阳性组在鼻痒、喷嚏方面均有显著性差异,同时给药组 Th1、Treg 水平升高,Th2、Th17 水平降低,提示 Th1/Th2 平衡得到纠正。本研究表明维生素 D3 对变应性鼻炎具有防治作用,为实际应用提供了理论指导。
