Abstract

Five new norneolignans sinkianlignans G-K (1-5), one phenolic compound ferulagenol A (6) and seven known compounds (7-13) were isolated from Ferula sinkiangensis. All the norneolignans were racemic mixtures, and chiral HPLC was used to further separate them. Their structures were assigned, including absolute configurations, using spectroscopic and computational methods. Biological evaluation showed that compounds 1-9 had significant COX-2 inhibitory activity with IC values ranging from 3.00 μM to 23.19 μM.

从新疆阿魏中分离得到了五个新的正木脂素(1-5)、一个酚类化合物阿魏酸松柏醇 A(6)和七个已知化合物(7-13)。所有的正木脂素均为外消旋混合物,采用手性 HPLC 进一步分离。通过光谱和计算方法确定了它们的结构,包括绝对构型。生物评价结果表明,化合物 1-9 对 COX-2 具有显著的抑制活性,IC 值范围为 3.00 μM 至 23.19 μM。
