A simple and practical method for the construction of 1,3,5-trisubstituted imidazolidine derivatives [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction has been developed. This reaction could smoothly proceed between nonstabilized azomethine ylides generated and 2-benzothiazolamines to deliver a wide scope of differently substituted imidazolidines in high yields (up to 98%). The structure of one example was confirmed by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis.
已经开发出一种用于构建1,3,5-三取代咪唑烷衍生物的简单实用的[3 + 2]环加成反应方法。该反应可以在生成的非稳定甲亚胺叶立德与2-苯并噻唑胺之间顺利进行,以高收率(高达98%)提供多种不同取代的咪唑烷。通过X射线单晶结构分析确定了一个实例的结构。
