Abstract

Here, we present the draft whole-genome sequence of sp. OT2, isolated from human skin on a minimal medium containing -octylphenol ethoxylate (Triton X-100). This genomic information contributes to understanding the niche adaptation on human skin and its catabolism of Triton X-100 in this strain.
