Abstract
Interaction of elastase from Pseudomonas aeruginosa 700/75 with polymorphonuclear leukocytes and serum was tested. No difference in phagocytosis by elastase treated PMN and control PMN was noted. Bactericidal activity of serum against P. aeruginosa 700/75 was reduced when serum preincubated with elastase.

测试了铜绿假单胞菌700/75产生的弹性蛋白酶与多形核白细胞和血清的相互作用。未观察到经弹性蛋白酶处理的多形核白细胞和对照多形核白细胞在吞噬作用上有差异。当血清与弹性蛋白酶预孵育时，血清对铜绿假单胞菌700/75的杀菌活性降低。
