Invasive fungal otitis media is clinically rare and diagnosis often delayed. We report a 65-year-old female with otitis media complicated by mastoiditis and peripheral facial paralysis. Complete mastoidectomy and type II tympanoplasty, with oral administration of voriconazole for more than 3 months resulted in a successful outcome.
