Abstract

SL.qac10 was isolated at a school in Hong Kong from swabs of flooring frequently cleaned with a quaternary ammonium compound (QAC)-based disinfectant. Its complete genome, a single chromosome and circular plasmid totalling 4.88 Mbp (56.50% G + C), was established by hybrid assembly.
