Abstract

Sanghuangporus is a precious genus of medicinal mushroom and internationally recognized as one of the best medicinal species for anti-cancer effects. In this study, the morphology, functional components and activities of four species Sanghuangporus were evaluated and analyzed. The thickness, color, ring lines and density of Sanghuangporus fruiting bodies parasitic on different species of trees had certain differences. The research result on nutritional components indicated that four species Sanghuangporus contained the same species of amino acids, but the contents were different. However different Sanghuangporus contained diverse species and contents of fatty acids and microelements. There was a characteristic nickel element in S. sanghuang. At the same time, only S. lonicericola and S. sanghuang contained antimony. In the results of functional components, the infrared spectra of different Sanghuangporus demonstrated high similarity, but there were differences in the species and content of functional groups, and the chemical composition and proportion of the four species also were extremely different. UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS identified 72 characteristic compounds in the Sanghuangporus. S. lonicericola uniquely contained hydroxycitric acid, S. toxicodendri contained fisetin. S. sanghuang contained 6-hydroxypurine, D-raffinose and 3-hydroxyanthranilic acid. The results of antioxidant and hypoglycemic experiments exhibited that the four species of Sanghuangporus had different activity capacity. S. vaninii showed the highest antioxidant activity and could be used in the development of natural antioxidants. S. sanghuang had good hypoglycemic activity, which was more suitable for the development of hypoglycemic products. This survey provides the basis and theory for the study of the components and activities of different species of Sanghuangporus and contributes new resources to dietary supplement and medicine.

桑黄属是珍贵的药用真菌属,在国际上被公认为抗癌效果最佳的药用物种之一。本研究对四种桑黄属物种的形态、功能成分及活性进行了评估与分析。寄生在不同树种上的桑黄属子实体的厚度、颜色、环线及密度存在一定差异。营养成分研究结果表明,四种桑黄属物种所含氨基酸种类相同,但含量不同。然而,不同桑黄属物种所含脂肪酸和微量元素的种类及含量各异。桑黄中存在一种特征性镍元素。同时,仅忍冬桑黄和桑黄含有锑。在功能成分结果方面,不同桑黄属物种的红外光谱显示出高度相似性,但官能团的种类和含量存在差异,且四种桑黄属物种的化学成分及比例也极为不同。超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间串联质谱法(UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS)鉴定出桑黄属中的72种特征性化合物。忍冬桑黄独特地含有羟基柠檬酸,毒漆树桑黄含有非瑟酮。桑黄含有6-羟基嘌呤、D-棉子糖和3-羟基邻氨基苯甲酸。抗氧化和降血糖实验结果表明,四种桑黄属物种具有不同的活性能力。瓦尼尼桑黄表现出最高的抗氧化活性,可用于天然抗氧化剂的开发。桑黄具有良好的降血糖活性,更适合用于降血糖产品的开发。本调查为不同桑黄属物种的成分及活性研究提供了依据和理论,为膳食补充剂和药物贡献了新的资源。
