Abstract

We present a genome assembly from an individual female specimen of (Warted Knot-Horn moth; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Pyralidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 620.40 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.78%) is scaffolded into 32 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z and W sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.21 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 11,522 protein-coding genes.

我们展示了一种(疣结角蛾;节肢动物门;昆虫纲;鳞翅目;螟蛾科)雌性个体样本的基因组组装结果。基因组序列全长6.204亿碱基对。大部分组装序列(99.78%)被构建成32条染色体假分子,包括Z和W性染色体。线粒体基因组也已完成组装,长度为15.21千碱基对。在Ensembl上对该组装序列进行的基因注释识别出11522个蛋白质编码基因。
