Abstract

OBJECTIVE

This paper aims to systematically evaluate the intervention effect of exercise on the attention of patients with depression.

METHODS

The randomized controlled trials of exercise intervention on the attention of patients with depression in six databases were retrieved by computer, and the quality of the included literature was evaluated by the PEDro scale. The meta-analysis, subgroup analysis, publication bias test, and sensitivity analysis were performed by Stata 17.0, and the quality of evidence was evaluated by GRADEpro.

RESULTS

A total of 11 literature involving 924 patients with depression were included. The results showed that exercise could improve the attention of patients with depression (Hedge's  = 0.17,  = 0.01), exercise intensity ( = 0.00) had a regulatory effect on the intervention effect, and exercise form ( = 0.77), exercise duration ( = 0.58) and exercise cycle ( = 0.66) had no regulatory effect on the intervention effect.

CONCLUSION

Exercise can improve the attention of patients with depression, among which moderate intensity has the best effect. This study has been registered on the international prospective register of systematic reviews Prospero (CRD4202477699).

目的

本文旨在系统评价运动对抑郁症患者注意力的干预效果。

方法

通过计算机检索六个数据库中关于运动干预抑郁症患者注意力的随机对照试验,采用PEDro量表对纳入文献的质量进行评价。使用Stata 17.0进行荟萃分析、亚组分析、发表偏倚检验和敏感性分析,并通过GRADEpro对证据质量进行评价。

结果

共纳入11篇文献,涉及924例抑郁症患者。结果显示,运动可改善抑郁症患者的注意力(Hedge's = 0.17,P = 0.01),运动强度(P = 0.00)对干预效果有调节作用,而运动形式(P = 0.77)、运动持续时间(P = 0.58)和运动周期(P = 0.66)对干预效果无调节作用。

结论

运动可改善抑郁症患者的注意力,其中中等强度效果最佳。本研究已在国际前瞻性系统评价注册库Prospero(CRD4202477699)上注册。
