Adenoid cystic carcinoma of sublingual gland is a rare malignant tumor. When adenoid cystic carcinoma metastasizes to the acetabulum, it is highly challenging to choose a minimally invasive surgery. The treatment of acetabular metastatic tumors needs to not only maintain the original tumor treatment plan but also relieve pain and reconstruct the acetabular structure and mechanical stability. Therefore, the treatment of acetabular metastasis from sublingual gland adenoid cystic carcinoma is a complex issue.
We treated a 72-year-old Han Chinese woman with acetabular metastasis from sublingual gland adenoid cystic carcinoma. She underwent percutaneous acetabuloplasty. The operation was safe and effective, taking 47 min. The patient could walk freely 2 h after operation and was discharged 2 days later. During the 3-month follow-up, there was no complication and no recurrence.
Percutaneous acetabuloplasty for the treatment of acetabular metastasis from sublingual gland adenoid cystic carcinoma is satisfactory. It not only has the advantages of minimally invasive surgery but also does not interfere with the original tumor treatment plan.
舌下腺腺样囊性癌是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤。当腺样囊性癌转移至髋臼时，选择微创手术极具挑战性。髋臼转移瘤的治疗不仅要维持原有的肿瘤治疗方案，还要缓解疼痛并重建髋臼结构和力学稳定性。因此，舌下腺腺样囊性癌髋臼转移的治疗是一个复杂的问题。
我们治疗了一名72岁的汉族女性，她患有舌下腺腺样囊性癌髋臼转移。她接受了经皮髋臼成形术。手术安全有效，耗时47分钟。患者术后2小时即可自由行走，2天后出院。在3个月的随访期间，无并发症且无复发。
经皮髋臼成形术治疗舌下腺腺样囊性癌髋臼转移效果满意。它不仅具有微创手术的优点，而且不干扰原有的肿瘤治疗方案。
