Abstract
This case report describes a case of adenoid-cystic cancer with postoperative edema and speaking disorder. Following neck dissection, the patient was treated with complex decongestive therapy. Head/neck measurements, tissue-dielectric-constant, quality of life, and scarring showed improvements. This highlights that complex decongestive therapy is a viable therapy approach for patients with head/neck edema.

本病例报告描述了一例腺样囊性癌患者术后出现水肿和言语障碍的情况。颈部清扫术后，该患者接受了综合消肿治疗。头部/颈部测量、组织介电常数、生活质量和瘢痕情况均有改善。这突出表明综合消肿治疗是头颈部水肿患者一种可行的治疗方法。
