Abstract
Free and membrane-bound ribosomes have been isolated from a mouse plasma cell tumor secreting immunoglobulins, and allowed to synthesize proteins under cell-free conditions. Analysis of the products of synthesis by autoradiography of immunoelectrophoresis and peptide maps indicates that both types of ribosomes synthesize heavy and light immunoglobulin chains.

已从分泌免疫球蛋白的小鼠浆细胞瘤中分离出游离核糖体和膜结合核糖体，并使其在无细胞条件下合成蛋白质。通过免疫电泳放射自显影和肽图对合成产物进行分析表明，这两种类型的核糖体均能合成重链和轻链免疫球蛋白。
