Abstract

The radioallergosorbent test was designed as an method to detect antialler-gen antibodies of the IgE class. Modifications are described which enable this test to be performed with readily available commercial materials hence promoting its widespread use. The application of this modified test to a group of asthmatic children with regard to the house-dust mite allergen () is described.
