A case of rhinoscleroma with exclusive nasal localization, is reported. The growth of a bacterial granulomatous inflammation, involving the upper respiratory tract is responsible for the disease. Clinical and paraclinical features are explained. Under suitable antibiotic treatment, the course of the disease is favourable. Surgery might be considered only when scarred fibrous sequellae are present.
报告了一例仅局限于鼻腔的鼻硬结病病例。一种累及上呼吸道的细菌性肉芽肿性炎症的生长是该疾病的病因。对临床和辅助检查特征进行了解释。在适当的抗生素治疗下，疾病进程良好。仅当出现瘢痕性纤维后遗症时才考虑手术。
