The activity of lysosomal hydrolases (hyaluronidase and beta-glucuronidase) as well as elastolytic activity in arterial wall and blood serum of rats with experimental atherosclerosis were determined. An increase of the enzyme activity was found in arterial wall, while in blood serum the rise of lysosomal hydrolase activity was accompanied by and unchanged level of elastolytic activity, as compared to control animals. The present studies show the participation of lysosomal enzymes and elastolytic activity in the development of atherosclerotic changes.
测定了实验性动脉粥样硬化大鼠动脉壁和血清中溶酶体水解酶(透明质酸酶和β-葡萄糖醛酸酶)的活性以及弹性蛋白酶活性。与对照动物相比,发现动脉壁中酶活性增加,而血清中溶酶体水解酶活性升高的同时弹性蛋白酶活性水平未变。本研究表明溶酶体酶和弹性蛋白酶活性参与了动脉粥样硬化病变的发展。
