The local and resorption action of 50% prospidin ointment administered at doses up to 100 mg/kg for a long time was studied in rabbit experiments. Prospidin ointment was established to exert no resorption action in doses tested. At the site of the ointment application there occur skin necrotic changes. Complete regeneration of the epithelium with hair recovery is recorded 2 months after the drug is discontinued.
在兔子实验中研究了长时间以高达100mg/kg的剂量给予50%丙二醇软膏的局部及吸收作用。结果表明，在所测试的剂量下，丙二醇软膏没有吸收作用。在软膏涂抹部位出现了皮肤坏死变化。停药2个月后记录到上皮完全再生且毛发恢复。
