Weekly administrations of SDMH to female rats were shown to decrease the tolerance to glucose loading, to increase the cholesterol, triglyceride and insulin levels in serum. Antidiabetic biguanide phenoformin decreases the multiplicity of SDMH-induced colon cancers and decreases their mean square value. The normalizing influence of phenoformin on the cancrophilia syndrome is suggested to be the main factor of its antitumor effect
对雌性大鼠每周给予SDMH被证明会降低其对葡萄糖负荷的耐受性,提高血清中的胆固醇、甘油三酯和胰岛素水平。抗糖尿病双胍类药物苯乙双胍可降低SDMH诱导的结肠癌的发生率,并降低其均方值。苯乙双胍对癌症倾向综合征的正常化影响被认为是其抗肿瘤作用的主要因素。
