Keratoacanthoma centrifugum marginatum (KCM) is a rare keratoacanthoma. Treatment relies essentially on exeresis which is however difficult due to the widespread nature of the lesions.
A patient with a 1 year history of KCM associated with psoriasis vulgaris was successfully treated with etretinate (1 mg/kg/day) for 5 months. This medical therapy made it possible to avoid the classical surgery and to blanch the associated psoriasis.
Several authors have shown the favourable effect of etretinate on multiple or large single-site keratoacanthomas. To our knowledge, this is the first case reported of successful treatment with etretinate in a case of keratoacanthoma associated with psoriasis. We suggest that this drug could be an effective alternative to mutilating surgery for this specific variety of keratoacanthoma.
离心性边缘性角化棘皮瘤（KCM）是一种罕见的角化棘皮瘤。治疗主要依靠手术切除，但由于病变广泛，手术困难。
一名患有KCM且伴有寻常型银屑病病史1年的患者，用依曲替酯（1毫克/千克/天）成功治疗了5个月。这种药物治疗避免了传统手术，并使相关的银屑病消退。
几位作者已表明依曲替酯对多发性或单个大病灶角化棘皮瘤有良好疗效。据我们所知，这是首例报告用依曲替酯成功治疗伴有银屑病的角化棘皮瘤的病例。我们认为，对于这种特殊类型的角化棘皮瘤，该药可能是一种有效的替代手术切除的方法。
