The content of brain isoenzyme of creatine kinase (CPK BB) was studied in cytosolic fraction of brain extracts of normal and mental patients. The CPK BB content was determined using immunoblotting technique in 10 different brain structures, including some cortex areas, hippocampus, cerebellum cortex, n. caudatus, putamen and inferior oliva. The present work demonstrates a severe decline of CPK BB concentration in all mental brain structures studied, especially in occipital cortex, hippocampus and oliva. The decrease of CPK BB level was more pronounced in Alzheimer's disease patients.
对正常人和精神疾病患者脑提取物胞质部分中肌酸激酶脑型同工酶(CPK BB)的含量进行了研究。采用免疫印迹技术测定了10个不同脑区的CPK BB含量,包括一些皮质区域、海马体、小脑皮质、尾状核、壳核和下橄榄核。目前的研究表明,在所研究的所有精神疾病患者脑区中,CPK BB浓度严重下降,尤其是在枕叶皮质、海马体和橄榄核。在阿尔茨海默病患者中,CPK BB水平的下降更为明显。
