Experiments conducted with adult rats kept on an therogenic diet for 30 and 45 days demonstrated that with depressed function of the anticoagulation system and developing prethrombotic state of the organism there occur changes in the spectrum of the animals blood serum lipoproteids, namely--an increase of the pre-beta-lipoproteids fraction, the appearance of the chylomicrones fraction and a fall-off of the alpha-lipoproteids fraction. The total content of atherogenic lipoproteids (beta- and pre-beta-lipoproteids) rises by as much as 2-4 times. The depression of the anticoagulation function stemming from alimentary lipemia comes as a menace of forthcoming intravascular thrombogenesis.
对成年大鼠进行的实验表明,给它们喂食致动脉粥样硬化饮食30天和45天后,随着抗凝系统功能的降低以及机体血栓前状态的发展,动物血清脂蛋白谱会发生变化,即前β-脂蛋白部分增加、乳糜微粒部分出现以及α-脂蛋白部分减少。致动脉粥样硬化脂蛋白(β-和前β-脂蛋白)的总含量增加多达2至4倍。由饮食性脂血症引起的抗凝功能降低对即将发生的血管内血栓形成构成威胁。
