Abstract

Body size relates differently on the outcome of various tests of muscle strength and movement performance. Thus the estimation of functional performance from tests of muscle strength, and vice versa, should be based on the normalization of both muscle strength and movement performance.

身体大小对各种肌肉力量测试和运动表现测试的结果有着不同的影响。因此,从肌肉力量测试来估计功能表现,反之亦然,都应该基于肌肉力量和运动表现的标准化。
