The vital professionalism of nursing care is the foundation of ethical, spiritual, and eternal values that all nurses should hold. This article will extend these meanings to explore multi-dimensional issues relevant to nursing care in modern times. Concurrently, ideas and practices represented by culture, ethics and religion will also be elucidated. The purpose is to demonstrate that nursing care is a true reflection of the general human responsibility to care for life.
