To develop a quantitative method for determination of zizybeoside II in Ziziphus jujuba.
The samples were separated at 30 degrees C on a Zorbax SB-C18 column eluted with methanol-water (20 : 80) as the mobile phase. Flow rate was set at 1.0 mL x min(-1) and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.
The calibration curve was linear within the range from 0.046 to 0.582 microg (r = 0.999 9) and the average recovery was 97.2%. 12 batches of the crude drugs purchased from different areas were determined and the contents of zizybeoside II in Fructus Jujubae were fluctuated from 0.013% to 0.041%.
The method is simple, repeatable and could be used for the quality control of Z. jujuba.
建立一种测定酸枣中酸枣仁皂苷II含量的定量方法。
样品在30℃下于Zorbax SB-C18柱上分离,以甲醇-水(20∶80)为流动相进行洗脱。流速设定为1.0 mL·min⁻¹,检测波长设定为210 nm。
校准曲线在0.046至0.582 μg范围内呈线性(r = 0.999 9),平均回收率为97.2%。对从不同地区购买的12批药材进行测定,酸枣仁中酸枣仁皂苷II的含量在0.013%至0.041%之间波动。
该方法简便、可重复,可用于酸枣的质量控制。
