Abstract

Fifteen isolates, each of serotypes A and B of Candida albicans, were tested in vitro against flucytosine, amphotericin B, and cilofungin. All 15 serotype A isolates were susceptible to all three drugs. Three serotype B isolates were resistant to flucytosine. Two isolates, one serotype A and one serotype B, had elevated amphotericin B and cilofungin MICs of 5 micrograms/ml.

对15株白色念珠菌A型和B型分离株分别进行了氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B和西洛芬净的体外测试。所有15株A型分离株对这三种药物均敏感。3株B型分离株对氟胞嘧啶耐药。2株分离株(1株A型和1株B型)的两性霉素B和西洛芬净最低抑菌浓度升高至5微克/毫升。
