To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Ligustrum lucidum.
The chemical constituents from the ethanol extract of L. lucidum were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatographic methods. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic data and physico-chemical properties.
Twenty compounds were isolated and identified as oleanolic acid (1), crategolic acid (2), acetyl oleanolic acid (3), lupeol (4), betulin (5), dammarenediol-II (6), 3beta-acetyl-20, 25-epoxydammarane-24alpha-ol (7), 25-epoxydammarane-3beta, 24alpha-diol (8), dammar-24-ene-3beta-acetyl-20S-ol) (9), 20S, 24R-dammarane-25-ene-24-hydroperoxy-3beta, 20-diol (10), fouquierol (11), oliganthas A (12), dammarenediol II 3-O-palmitate (13), ocotillol II 3-O-palmitate (14), (E) -25-hydroperoxydammar-23-ene-3beta,20-diol (15), verbascoside (16), cimidahurinine (17), 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (18), osmanthuside H (19), 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) ethanol (20).
Compounds 4, 16,17, 19 were isolated from this plant for the first time, andcompounds 12-15 were isolated from this genus for the first time.

分离鉴定出20个化合物,分别为齐墩果酸(1)、山楂酸(2)、乙酰齐墩果酸(3)、羽扇豆醇(4)、白桦脂醇(5)、达玛烷二醇 - II(6)、3β - 乙酰 - 20,25 - 环氧达玛烷 - 24α - 醇(7)、25 - 环氧达玛烷 - 3β,24α - 二醇(8)、达玛 - 24 - 烯 - 3β - 乙酰 - 20S - 醇(9)、20S,24R - 达玛烷 - 25 - 烯 - 24 - 氢过氧基 - 3β,20 - 二醇(10)、福桂树醇(11)、少花女贞素A(12)、达玛烷二醇II 3 - O - 棕榈酸酯(13)、人参二醇II 3 - O - 棕榈酸酯(14)、(E) - 25 - 氢过氧达玛 - 23 - 烯 - 3β,20 - 二醇(15)、毛蕊花糖苷(16)、西美杜鹃宁(17)、2 - (3,4 - 二羟基苯基) - 乙基 - O - β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(18)、木樨草苷H(19)、2 - (3,4 - 二羟基苯基)乙醇(20)。
化合物4、16、17、19首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物12 - 15首次从该属植物中分离得到。
