Abstract

Three new polyoxygenated briarane diterpenoids, briarenols C-E (-), were isolated from the octocoral . The structures of briaranes - were elucidated by interpretation of spectroscopic data, and the methylenecyclohexane ring in was found to exist in a twisted boat conformation. Briarenol D () displayed an inhibitory effect on the release of elastase by human neutrophils with an IC value of 4.65 μM. Briarenol E () was found to inhibit the protein expression of pro-inflammatory inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in a murine macrophage-like cell line, RAW 264.7, stimulated with lipopolysaccharides (LPS).

摘要

从八放珊瑚中分离出了三种新的多氧化蔷薇烷二萜类化合物,即蔷薇醇C - E(-)。通过光谱数据解析阐明了蔷薇烷类化合物的结构,并且发现化合物中的亚甲基环己烷环以扭曲船式构象存在。蔷薇醇D()对人中性粒细胞释放弹性蛋白酶具有抑制作用,IC值为4.65μM。发现蔷薇醇E()在脂多糖(LPS)刺激的小鼠巨噬细胞样细胞系RAW 264.7中抑制促炎诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的蛋白表达。
