A bacterial strain PBT33-2 was isolated from the air environment in an indoor pig farm. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that strain PBT33-2 belonged to the genus Nocardioides in the phylum Actinobacteria, and was most closely related to Nocardioides daphnia D287 in a maximum-likelihood and neighbor-joining phylogenetic trees. Strain PBT33-2 shared 95.3% sequence identity with N. daphnia D287. However, the highest sequence similarity was shown with N. sediminis MSL-01 (96.0%). It had less than 96.0% sequence identities with other type species of the genus Nocardioides. Strain PBT-33-2 grew at 15-45°C (optimum 20-35°C), pH 5.0-11.0 (optimum pH 7.0) and 0-4.0% (w/v) NaCl (optimum 0%). The major fatty acid and quinone were iso-C and MK-8, and the DNA G+C content of strain PBT33-2 was 69.3 mol%. On the basis of poly-phasic results, strain PBT33-2 represents a novel species of the genus Nocardioides, for which the name Nocardioides suum sp. nov. is proposed. Its type strain is PBT33-2 (=KCTC 39558 =DSM 102833).
从室内养猪场的空气环境中分离出一株细菌PBT33-2。基于16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析表明,菌株PBT33-2属于放线菌门的诺卡氏菌属,在最大似然法和邻接法系统发育树中与达氏诺卡氏菌D287关系最为密切。菌株PBT33-2与达氏诺卡氏菌D287的序列同一性为95.3%。然而,与沉积物诺卡氏菌MSL-01的序列相似性最高(96.0%)。它与诺卡氏菌属的其他模式种的序列同一性小于96.0%。菌株PBT-33-2在15-45°C(最适温度20-35°C)、pH 5.0-11.0(最适pH 7.0)和0-4.0%(w/v)NaCl(最适0%)条件下生长。主要脂肪酸和醌分别为异-C和MK-8,菌株PBT33-2的DNA G+C含量为69.3 mol%。基于多相分类结果,菌株PBT33-2代表诺卡氏菌属的一个新物种,为此提出新名称猪诺卡氏菌(Nocardioides suum sp. nov.)。其模式菌株为PBT33-2(=KCTC 39558 =DSM 102833)。
