Abstract

A new bis-γ-pyrone polypropionate compound onchidione II (1), together with three known compounds, was isolated from a marine pulmonate mollusc Onchidium struma, collected at Hainan Island of China. The structure of new compound was determined by extensive spectroscopic analyses including IR, 1D and 2D NMR techniques, and chemical methods. Compounds 1-4 were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against human tumor cell lines HepG-2, A549, and MCF-2. The results showed that compounds 1 and 2 were moderate cytotoxic against HepG-2, A549, and MCF-2 cell lines, with IC values from 13.2 to 22.4 μM.

从中国海南岛采集的海洋肺螺亚纲软体动物瘤背石磺中分离出一种新的双-γ-吡喃聚丙酸酯类化合物瘤背石磺二酮II(1),以及三种已知化合物。通过包括红外光谱、一维和二维核磁共振技术在内的广泛光谱分析以及化学方法确定了新化合物的结构。对化合物1-4针对人肿瘤细胞系HepG-2、A549和MCF-2的细胞毒性进行了评估。结果表明,化合物1和2对HepG-2、A549和MCF-2细胞系具有中等细胞毒性,IC值为13.2至22.4 μM。
