Antimicrobial activity of dichloromethane and ethanol extracts and five compounds: pinostrobin (I), pinocembrin (II), tectochrysin (III), galangin 3-methyl ether (IV) and tiliroside (V) isolated from aerial parts against fifteen microorganisms was determined. The structures of these compounds were elucidated based on ESI-MS and NMR spectroscopic data. Both extracts showed antimicrobial activity against several tested microorganisms. Pinostrobin, tectochrysin and galangin 3-methyl ether showed the strongest antibacterial and antifungal effects.
从 蒲公英 地上部分提取的二氯甲烷和乙醇提取物以及 5 种化合物:松脂素(I)、乔松素(II)、补骨脂素(III)、3-甲氧基姜黄素(IV)和 桃叶珊瑚苷(V)的抗菌活性对 15 种微生物进行了测定。这些化合物的结构是根据 ESI-MS 和 NMR 光谱数据阐明的。两种提取物均对几种测试的微生物表现出抗菌活性。松脂素、补骨脂素和 3-甲氧基姜黄素表现出最强的抗菌和抗真菌作用。
