Abstract

Pseudomonas wadenswilerensis CCOS 864 was isolated in 2014 from forest soil. The organism belongs taxonomically to the Pseudomonas putida group, members of which have been well studied for their potential in biotechnological applications. We present here the draft genome sequence of P. wadenswilerensis CCOS 864.
