Abstract

A drimane-type sesquiterpene, (+)-dendocarbin L () together with two bisabolane-type sesquiterpenes, (+)-sydonic acid () and (+)-sydowic acid () were isolated from the mycelium of HF 12440, an endophytic fungus from the stem of . The structures of all compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic methods and by comparison with the literature. Compound was isolated from the fungi for the first time, compounds and were firstly obtained from this endophytic fungus. Compound showed cytotoxicity (IC 2.56 μg/mL) against murine leukemia P-388 cells.

从内生真菌 HF 12440 的菌丝体中分离得到了一种倍半萜类化合物(+)-dendocarbin L(())和两种倍半帖烷类化合物(+)-sydonic acid(())和(+)-sydowic acid(())。采用光谱方法和文献比较,确定了所有化合物的结构。化合物 () 是首次从真菌中分离得到的,化合物 () 和 () 是首次从这种内生真菌中获得的。化合物 () 对 P-388 白血病细胞具有细胞毒性(IC 2.56μg/mL)。
