Chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol extracts from the aerial parts of M. Bieb. were tested for their antioxidant capacities by CUPRAC, ABTS, FRAP, Folin-Ciocalteu and aluminum chloride methods and for antimicrobial activities by the broth microdilution method. Chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts showed the highest antioxidant capacity and antimicrobial activity. Three known sesquiterpene derivatives; 1-(2',4'-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7,11-trimethyl-3-vinyl-6(E),10-dodecadien-1-one (), 2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxy-2,3-dimethyl-2-[4',8'-dimethyl-3',7'-nonadienyl]-furo[3,2,c]coumarin (), 2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxy-2,3-dimethyl-3-[4',8'-dimethyl-3',7'-nonadienyl]-furo[3,2,c]coumarin(); phenylpropanoid; laserine/2-epilaserine () and steroid mixtures; stigmasterol and -sitosterol () were isolated from chloroform extract; three known flavonoids; kaempferol-3---glucopyranoside (), kaempferol-3---rhamnopyranoside (), quercetin-3---glucopyranoside (), and one benzoic acid derivative; 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid () were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.
采用CUPRAC法、ABTS法、FRAP法、福林-西奥克尔特法和氯化铝法对阿尔泰紫菀地上部分的氯仿提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物和甲醇提取物的抗氧化能力进行了测试,并采用肉汤微量稀释法对其抗菌活性进行了测试。氯仿提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物表现出最高的抗氧化能力和抗菌活性。从氯仿提取物中分离出三种已知的倍半萜衍生物:1-(2',4'-二羟基苯基)-3,7,11-三甲基-3-乙烯基-6(E),10-十二碳二烯-1-酮()、2,3-二氢-7-羟基-2,3-二甲基-2-[4',8'-二甲基-3',7'-壬二烯基]-呋喃并[3,2,c]香豆素()、2,3-二氢-7-羟基-2,3-二甲基-3-[4',8'-二甲基-3',7'-壬二烯基]-呋喃并[3,2,c]香豆素();苯丙素类化合物:拉色林/2-表拉色林()以及甾体混合物:豆甾醇和β-谷甾醇();从乙酸乙酯提取物中分离出三种已知的黄酮类化合物:山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷()、山柰酚-3-O-β-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷()、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(),以及一种苯甲酸衍生物:2,4-二羟基苯甲酸()。通过光谱方法对其结构进行了鉴定。
