A mild and efficient amination of arenes with azodicarboxylates using potassium bisulfate (KHSO) as the catalyst in 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol has been developed. This protocol allowed the amination of a broad range of arenes leading to corresponding hydrazides in good to excellent yields.
已开发出一种温和且高效的方法,在1,1,1,3,3,3-六氟-2-丙醇中使用硫酸氢钾(KHSO)作为催化剂,使芳烃与偶氮二羧酸酯进行胺化反应。该方法可实现多种芳烃的胺化反应,以良好至优异的产率得到相应的酰肼。
