Abstract

cv. Acutifolia is a widely planted landscape tree in the subtropics. In this study, the complete chloroplast genome of cv. Acutifolia was determined through Illumina sequencing method. The complete chloroplast genome has a length of 153,912 bp, containing a small single-copy region (18,036 bp), a large single-copy region (84,852 bp), and a pair of IR regions (25,512 bp). The chloroplast genome possesses 130 genes, including 85 CDS, 37 tRNA genes and 8 rRNA genes.  cv. Acutifolia exhibited the closest relationship with in phylogenetic analysis.

尖叶杜英是亚热带地区广泛种植的景观树。在本研究中,通过Illumina测序方法测定了尖叶杜英的完整叶绿体基因组。完整的叶绿体基因组长度为153,912 bp,包含一个小单拷贝区域(18,036 bp)、一个大单拷贝区域(84,852 bp)和一对反向重复区域(25,512 bp)。叶绿体基因组拥有130个基因,包括85个编码序列、37个tRNA基因和8个rRNA基因。在系统发育分析中,尖叶杜英与[此处原文缺失相关物种名称]表现出最密切的关系。
