This study aimed to explore effective education method to improve influenza vaccine uptake rate.
Meta-analysis of Randomized Clinical Trials was conducted in this study including subgroup analysis and publication bias test. Electronic databases comprised PubMed, EBSCO, Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, and Cochrane were searched for studies published up to Oct 8, 2019.
Influenza vaccination was significantly different in massages or letters intervention group (=1.30, 95%CI: 1.05-1.61). No heterogeneity and publication bias existed in this meta-analysis ( =43.60%, =0.131, =0.754, =0.051).
Education by messages and letters was effective according to this study. Education messages could be more efficacy combined with easer vaccine access.
本研究旨在探索提高流感疫苗接种率的有效教育方法。
本研究进行了随机临床试验的荟萃分析,包括亚组分析和发表偏倚检验。检索了电子数据库,包括PubMed、EBSCO、爱思唯尔、施普林格、威利和考科蓝,以查找截至2019年10月8日发表的研究。
在按摩或信件干预组中,流感疫苗接种情况有显著差异(=1.30,95%置信区间:1.05-1.61)。该荟萃分析中不存在异质性和发表偏倚(=43.60%,=0.131,=0.754,=0.051)。
根据本研究,通过信息和信件进行教育是有效的。教育信息与更便捷的疫苗接种途径相结合可能更有效。
